Nails Inc. are known for their award-winning nail polishes and nail care products, but an audit on their existing site uncovered untapped potential.
To meet the needs of customers and better reflect the brand positioning, we redesigned the site with a new fashion-focused look and feel. We devised sophisticated features like Couture, the industry's first personalise-a-polish gift mechanic and Try It On, which replicates near perfect colour and finish online.
The site launched in November 2011, just in time for Christmas. Compared to the period in 2010, site visits soared by 112%. The sales figures were just as impressive: 52% more online sales and a 57% increase in revenue, with Couture the best selling item by far. It's fair to say we nailed it!
